Pets are welcome, please note there is no grass area on the property, the outside space consists of the main outside deck and a second small deck off the main lounge.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking Orewa township and beach, being a quiet retreat, the house is not suitable for younger groups or playing music.
Please note there is a small unit on the property, you shouldn't hear or see the tenant, they have a separate entry to there property, they park there one car to the left of the driveway, the main house has 2 car parks, one in the single garage, 1 carpark on the drive infront of the carpark, and plenty of parking on the road outside the property
Security cameras operate at the entry to the property for security.
